Pondkeeper must be the best shop I've ever had the privilege of shopping at. Their efficiency of customer service is second to none. I've shopped with them and built a beautiful 5 x 8 meter pond with everything they sell. Any problems I've experienced have been dealt with quickly and always to my satisfaction and benefit. I cannot fault this company.

I have nothing but great things to say and to recommend to allI have purchased all my equipment for my new pond without any issues, delivered on time and exactly the quality I expected and the correct equipment to the job intended.When I fitted my liner I noticed a imperfection, I contacted pond keeper and spoke to Josh. I explained my issues and he asked me to send through photographs. He came back to me within 10 minutes of sending my mail, to inform me it was a manufacturing issue and that a new liner was in the post and will arrive with me the next day! These guys will happily advise you of what you need, the best product for your requirements.There after sales service is fantastic and second to none.If you are thinking of a new pond, updating your equipment or just unsure of what is best, do yourselves a favour and contact these guys! You will not be disappointed I very happy and satisfied customer

Recently bought a preformed pond-liner with pump and accessories. Excellent quality, pricing and customer service.

Pondkeeper is an amazing company - great products, good prices but most of all the best customer service I have ever encountered. You never have to worry about anything, any problem they immediately resolve it for you - both about products and give loads of helpful advice.

Beware!! Purchased a Flexiliner (25mx15m) with underlay for £1000 and PondXpert SpinClean 40000 Filter & UltraFlow 16000 Pump Set £400 (Aug 2019). The Flexiliner failed completely after 6 months with multiple leaks so I do not recommend this product for large ponds (120K litres). The pump failed today (25/02/21) so have ordered a new pump and decided to finally write a review. Note that I replaced the Flexiliner with a heavy duty Butyl rubber liner which is performing very well.

I honestly have never dealt with such an amazing company!I (happily) always seem to deal with Laurie who is nothing short of amazing!She gets on top of any questions or issues we have and deals with them in a flash!After just experiencing an issue with our filter unit I sent her a video of the issue, and due to tech issues she dealt with me via her own personal WhatsApp and arranged to send me out a replacement part today!You just don’t get customer service like this from any other company that I have ever dealt with!Thank you Laurie - you’re an absolute star! ( surely you must deserve a pay rise) ?If you’ve not used Pondkeeprt before, have no doubt that you’ll be in good hands!

Avoid pond keeper at all costs!!!I’ta now January 2021 and I reinstalled a new pond liner in June 2020 only to come out into my garden to find that the glued join on my 9x9 metres flexi liner had came apart and leaked all underneath the pond liner so now I have a huge floating bubble and hundreds of dead fish floating on topI got refunded the cost of the flexi liner only even though I’ve lost thousands of pounds worth of koi carp etc. Yes it’s the manufactures fault they said but couldn’t help me any further!!!!Wow thanks

Purchased a plastic small pond online, the website is great to use and the delivery came very quickly! Would thoroughly recommend! :)

All I can say is that the service I received from "Laurie May", was beyond my expectations. I purchased a filter and UV last year and it was still under warranty, it had developed a fault, without hesitation, they offered me a replacement, no quibble, just straight forward, and it was delivered within 3 days.The communication was excellent throughout, she is a credit to the company. Again, wonderful service. My order arrived next day which enabled me to get my pond re-pot done. I wish I had known about them before!!!There was a slight problem caused by a prepacked (not by them) purchase but this again was resolved by a better replacement, again delivered next day.Thank you very much.

I have had the best service ever from Nick over the phone. He patiently went over what pump and filter I needed for the size pond I have and explained waterfall features and how I could put it all together. I've learnt loads and he explained everything so well, taking time to compare different products and their features. A really lovely guy and amazing customer service. Highly recommend! The website is also very easy to browse and get info, so top marks PondKeeper!

I ordered 30 litres of pond soil late one afternoon and it came less than 24 hours later .The soil was great quality with hardly any seeping into the pond water .excellent company will use them for all my pond needs in future
